Certified organic rice mill & dryer facility available for sale. The rice dryer bins have a total carrying capacity of 68,000 BBLS, approximately 11,000,000 lbs. The dryer features an 8" grain loop system to load & unload trucks and a Sukup double-stacked dryer unit with a 600-gallon propane tank. The computer-controlled dryer is highly efficient, capable of drying moisture at least 0.03% on 50,000 lbs. per hour. Adjacent to the dryer, the rice mill is housed in a concrete building with a 4 10" Sheller head capacity for 8 tons of rough rice per hour, & a Patty separator to accommodate the sheller. The mill includes 2 vertical stone mills, 1 large finishing polishing machine, a Rotex machine, a large color sorter, 5'x9' storage bins, & 1 square tank with a 100,000 lbs. capacity for packaging.
