All I can say is thank you and wow.  After over four years since Suzanne and I used your services in managing our Beaumont home, you tirelessly searched for and located us to inform that a past renter of our home, who left us short over a month’s rent payment, had finally made good on their rent owed to us.  Not only did you convince me to file a lien for this issue, you then followed up for a period of over four years to track the status of the lien and then able to locate us to ensure the funds were given to us after the past renters were forced to make good on the thousands of dollars owed us.  Talk about service after the sale.  If I’m ever in need of property management service in the future, your the person I will call to handle all aspects of my property management needs.  Your service went above and beyond and you exceeded all expectations.  As they say in the Coast Guard for a job well done, Bravo Zulu!!!!.

I just want to say thank you for being so easy to work with. I think that we have been clients of yours for almost 4 years and I can say without a doubt that you have been so accommodating to our needs and I can say how much I appreciate the peace of mind that it gives me knowing that the house is in good hands. I really take comfort in knowing that I have one less thing to worry about thanks to you guys. You probably don’t hear that enough.
